Trust that You are Ready!

Don’t Wait, Start Stuff, Live Now, Be Present

If you wait until conditions are perfect, you may never get started initiating the change in behaviour you desire & you will find more reasons to procrastinate. Change is a process, so better to get started right away and adapt your plan if you have to along the way.

1- try to do something new or different for at least one minute

2- get up 10-minutes earlier to have more time to initiate the change

3- add a minute or more each day until you reach 60-minutes

4-do this as a conscious effort for 3-months – then you will notice it becomes easier

5-after 6-months it will become a new embedded habit
